Forbetra is a personal development platform that provides goal-setting, weekly self-assessment, stakeholder feedback, and AI-generated coaching insights. The Service is designed for individuals working with coaches to improve performance through structured development cycles.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from Forbetra related to:

• Feedback request invitations.
• Coaching invitations and onboarding.
• Rater welcome notifications.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on coaching activity (typically 1-4 messages per week).

Message and data rates may apply. Consult your wireless carrier for details.

To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message from Forbetra. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of using Forbetra. You may use the platform without providing a phone number.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Forbetra (objectives, check-ins, feedback). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service, including generating AI-powered insights.

6. Rater Invitations

When you invite stakeholders, you represent that you have a legitimate relationship with those individuals and that they would reasonably expect to receive communications from you through the platform.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Send unsolicited messages to individuals who have not consented.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forbetra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting sagal@thewinningmind.com.
